Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in operations management
• Experience managing project or program managers
• Demonstrated proven background and record of success at FreedomCare.
• Proficiency in management functions, talent assessment, hiring, Monitoring performance, team building etc.
• Advanced proficiency in operational tactics.
• Proven track record to influence others around them to bring out the best in them.
