Job Description
Freeform is a rapidly growing company that is scaling a world-changing technology. As an Associate CNC Operator, you'll play a key role in Freeform's machining and post-processing operations, working with advanced multi-axis CNC machines and collaborating with a diverse and inclusive team.
Requirements
- Operate and support CNC machining, including setup, basic programming edits, tool changes, and part inspection
- Use manual machining tools such as mills, lathes, bandsaws, and grinders to support part finishing and fixture creation
- Learn and apply precision measurement techniques to verify part quality and tolerances
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines and shop equipment
- Contribute to shop organization and process improvements
