We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Facilities Officer to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in facilities operations, building maintenance, or a similar support role.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software (e.g., CMMS) is an advantage.
