CNC Operator

Freeman Boatworks is seeking a dedicated Fiberglass Cutting Technician (CNC Operator) to join their growing team. The role involves preparing, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to cut fiberglass kits, ensuring materials are loaded, and maintaining quality. A hands-on role in a team environment is desired.

Requirements

• Previous CNC operator or Eastman machinery experience preferred
• Familiarity with fiberglass, gel coats, paints, and activators
• Proficient with repair tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Physical requirements to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
