Job Description
We are seeking skilled Sewers for our Sewing & Assembly Team. This role involves assembling, sewing, and finishing marine textile components like boat upholstery and enclosures. The position requires high standards of craftsmanship, accuracy, and efficiency, working within a team to meet production goals and maintain quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a seamstress, sewing machine operator, or textile worker preferred.
- Ability to operate Juki Single Needle and ABM Quilter 5432 machines (or willingness to learn).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of fabric types, sewing techniques, and stitching methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for precise stitching.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
