Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Freeman Hospital West is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in the Inpatient Rehab department. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide care in compliance with professional codes of ethics and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
• Independently evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, delivers care, and provides discharge planning
• Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff
