Job Description
Responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical plant, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Includes electrical repairs, plumbing work, carpentry, custodial work, and grounds work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior maintenance experience or experience in related field
- Valid driver's license and be insurable
- Ability to read and write English
- Basic understanding of math
