Leasing Professional

Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents, develops and maintains resident relations, and performs various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training
• Ability to generate reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public
