Maintenance Technician

Responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical plant, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and custodial work under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior maintenance experience or experience in a related field
• Valid driver's license and be insurable
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence
• Basic understanding of math
