We are looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to support our IT Service Desk in Hamburg. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, experience with automation and IT efficiency, and strong communication skills.
Requirements

- Experience with JIRA for ticket management and issue tracking
- Experience with Identity Providers such as Okta, Azure AD, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Google Workspace
- Experience with MDM solutions for managing macOS, Windows, and iOS devices
- Familiarity with SaaS environments
- Experience in scripting using Bash, Python or any other programming language
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
