Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Growth Manager to drive high-impact initiatives and lead the strategic expansion of Freenow in Ireland, reporting directly to the General Manager. As a central connector and cross-functional leader, you will collaborate with global and local teams to accelerate product-market fit and dismantle roadblocks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-growth Tech, Operations, Startups or Strategy Consulting environment
- Proven ability to execute and close high-stakes, transformative commercial deals and complex partnership agreements
- Data-driven operational expert obsessed with process optimization, continuous improvement, and leveraging data to drive strategic outcomes
- Exceptional strategic acuity to prioritize competing high-value opportunities and relentlessly focus on activities that deliver maximum impact and strategic growth
- Superior stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
