Supervisor Mill Operations

The Supervisor Mill Operations role is responsible for assigning, supervising, and reviewing the work of staff, implementing production plans, and performing daily operational duties.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and five (5) years of related operational experience, including supervisory or lead experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical mining related discipline with at least one summer internship experience (or equivalent) working in a mining or industrial environment
• Knowledge of supervisory methods and techniques
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions
