Consultor Funcional Salesforce

We are seeking a Functional Consultant to join our Salesforce practice team, part of the fastest-growing Summit Partner in Latin America. Our mission is to help transform and optimize business strategies for our clients across the region, revolutionizing the way they use sales, service, marketing, analytics, and customer loyalty tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience on the Salesforce platform
• Experience in dealing with clients, requirements taking, analysis, and documentation of requirements
• Ability to translate client requirements into Salesforce language
• Previous experience participating in key meetings with clients, including requirements sessions, system demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and user training
• Declarative knowledge about Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Ability to configure OOTB capabilities (workflows, data model, process builder, reports, etc.)
• Administration, Security (profiles, roles, OWD, sharing rules), Salesforce limits
