We are looking for a Technical Salesforce Consultant to join our Salesforce practice team, part of the fastest-growing Summit Partner in Latin America. Our mission is to help transform and optimize our clients' business strategies across the region, revolutionizing the way they use sales, service, marketing, analytics, and customer loyalty tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, on Force.com (Apex), Visualforce, triggers, Eclipse IDE, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), and Javascript
- Use of Apex Data Loader
- Development (Java or.NET) of at least 2 years
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
- Experience in developing interfaces
- Experience with GTI, Salesforce's metadata API, sandboxes, and implementation tools
- Experience with Lightning App Builder and Lightning Components
- Ability to write and optimize Apex code for more advanced and complex personalizations
- Performing and executing test scripts
- Performing analysis and documentation of requirements
- Good knowledge of declarative tools
- Ability to customize the platform through the creation of custom fields, objects, and custom-designed pages
- Knowledge of integrations with other applications and systems, using tools like REST and SOAP APIs, and integration tools like MuleSoft
- Ability to plan and execute data migrations from external sources to Salesforce
- Ability to understand client commercial processes and translate them into effective solutions using Salesforce
- Previous experience with development tools such as Force.com IDE, Illuminated Cloud, And migration tool, and others
- Counting on the practice of agile methodologies, including Scrum and continuous integration environments
- Experience interacting directly with end-users during requirement gathering, design, and testing
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and the team, explaining technical concepts in a comprehensible manner
