Job Description
Confie is looking for an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and other insurance products to new and existing customers. The role involves building relationships, expanding business opportunities, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
