As an Insurance Agent, your primary responsibility will be selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will also have opportunities to grow your earnings by offering additional products such as homeowners insurance and, when applicable, health insurance.
Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
