Confie, a leading insurance broker, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves selling nonstandard auto insurance, with opportunities to grow earnings with additional products.
Requirements
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required)
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
- Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
- Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
- An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
