People Partner - Onboarding & Member Experience

We are an engineering organization looking for a People Partner to lead onboarding and member experience. As a key member of the People Team, you will be responsible for creating an optimal work environment for all members while driving team and company goals.

Requirements

• Degree in psychology, anthropology, or related field
• 2+ years of work experience
• Fluent English communication skills
• Very good Portuguese language skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of labor and social security law for Portugal
