Job Description
The Licensed Commercial Plumbing Foreman is responsible for managing, scheduling and dispatching plumbing crews, ordering materials, and controlling quality and layout of onsite projects. Must have 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial plumbing experience, state license of Master or Journeyman Plumber, and ability to train and supervise others.
Requirements
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 5+ years of plumbing commercial and/or industrial experience
- State license of Master or Journeyman Plumber
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to train and supervise others
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50lb+, access crawlspaces and attics, use ladders
- Willing to work in all types of weather
