Dean of Students (26-27 SY)

We are seeking a Dean of Students to lead and maintain schoolwide culture systems, including behavior, attendance, and restorative practices, and to partner with teachers and school leaders to ensure consistent implementation of expectations and responses. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with students and families, analyzing culture data, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Requirements

• At least three years of successful experience working with diverse student populations
• Teaching experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a small team (e.g., behavior interventionists) while remaining hands-on with students
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with the flexibility to do what it takes to support the work
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with students, families, colleagues, and community partners
