Job Description
Freire Charter Middle School is seeking a Middle School Social Studies Teacher to join their instructional team. The teacher will implement high-quality, standards-aligned curriculum to drive rigorous instruction, critical thinking, and high achievement in their classroom.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid state teaching certification, or a clear ability and commitment to obtain certification
- Strong content-area knowledge and instructional skill
- Positive, solution-oriented mindset with a work ethic and collaborative spirit
- Minimum of two years of successful experience working with diverse student populations
