Job Description
We are seeking a Non-Medical Case Manager to provide critical case management support for Department of Defense Wounded Warrior Programs serving U.S. military installations. The successful candidate will help coordinate resources, navigate federal benefits, and ensure service members receive the comprehensive support they deserve.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- 3 years' experience working with the federal government or nonmedical case management
- High school diploma with 5 years' experience in non-medical case management or related field
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Deep understanding of Marine Corps culture, values, and organizational structure
- Proficiency in MCWIITS documentation and case tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
