Service Engineer, Level 3 - Public Safety (LifeX)

We are looking for a Service Engineer, Level 3 - Public Safety to join our team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. As part of our Managed Service Engineering team, you will be responsible for receiving, documenting, and solving incidents reported by customers, as well as providing 3rd Level Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V system support and administration. You will also be responsible for database administration and optimization, middleware support and administration, and interface with product teams for designing product fixes and solutions.

Requirements

• Microsoft MCSE or equivalent experience in administrating high-availability-solutions in Microsoft Windows / Hyper-V environments
• VMware VC(A)P or equivalent experience in administrating high-availability-solutions in Vmware vSphere including vSAN
• Cisco CCNP or equivalent experience in administrating critical network infrastructure mainly in relation to usage of VoIP and encryption
• Knowledge in databases and Middleware applications including container solutions
