Clinic Administrative Assistant

Perform general office duties, including clerical and secretarial tasks, in a clinical environment. Serve as a receptionist and provide administrative support to maintain clinic operations and provide customer care for patients with kidney disease.

• Answering telephone and routing calls to the appropriate person
• Maintaining a professional environment at all times
• Distributing incoming mail
• Scheduling and registration of patients
• Preparing medical records for facsimile or mail
• Organizing travel for patients
• Coordinating with transient patient paperwork
• Confirming admissions paperwork
• Assisting with medical appointment referrals and scheduling
• Maintaining inventory of office supplies
