This is a hybrid role supporting local HR activities while ensuring alignment with global and regional HR strategies. You’ll partner with local business leaders on a wide range of HR topics and projects, providing pragmatic guidance aligned with global, regional, and local HR requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6–8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally covering multiple HR disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of local employment law; experience with compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, learning & development, or HR administration is an advantage.
