Job Description
The Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of a dialysis facility, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining cost-effective operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)
- Current appropriate state licensure
- 6 – 8 years’ related experience
- 3+ years’ supervisory or project/program management experience
- Minimum of 12 months experience in clinical nursing
- Experience in med/surg or ICU/CCU
- Minimum of 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience
