Healthcare Operations Facility Administrator

Manages and oversees the daily operations of a dialysis facility, ensuring cost-effective operations and quality patient care in accordance with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Medical Director and Clinical Manager/Charge Nurse to provide exceptional patient care and ensure facility safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of business operations experience in increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in a healthcare facility
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a medical facility
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with medical database software
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and management skills
