Rebates Analyst

The Rebates Analyst will be responsible for accurately calculating and timely executing assigned payments, providing high-quality analysis, forecast, and recommendations to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (MBA or healthcare-related Master's degree a plus)
• 2-5 years' related experience in pricing, rebates, reimbursement, chargeback, finance, and accounting
• 2 years of experience in the medical products industry (device and pharmaceutical sectors ideal)
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting
• Ability to work at a high level and at a detail level (working with large volumes of data)
• Understanding of calculation rules (CMS), logic, and regulation of pharmaceutical/government pricing metrics
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge and experience in Excel and Access
• Knowledge of SAP and proven track record in using SAP to improve productivity
• Solid track record in process improvement or transformation
