Fresenius Medical Care is looking for a Regional Sales Responsible for Home (dialysis at home) in the Brittany, Normandy, and Nord regions. You will shape the future of our commercial presence in the medical devices and home hemodialysis services domain, develop and maintain durable partnership relations with healthcare institutions, and promote home dialysis solutions to healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Implement the regional commercial strategy for home dialysis activity
- Develop and maintain durable partnership relations with nephrologists, healthcare teams, hospital directors, service providers, and patient journey actors at home
- Pilot regional commercial performance: follow objectives, analyze results, identify growth levers, and implement corrective actions
- Promote home dialysis solutions to healthcare professionals, accompany Home development projects, and highlight organizational and medical benefits
- Contribute to commercial negotiations (price, volume, contractual conditions) and follow-up on bids in liaison with Regional Management and Sales Administration
- Coordinate actions with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs, application specialists, trainers, ADV) to ensure the quality of solution deployment
- In collaboration with the sector trainer, accompany healthcare teams in adopting proposed solutions and contribute to organizing training actions and regional scientific events
- Ensure active market monitoring (regulatory changes, clinical practices, client needs) and contribute to continuous improvement of offers and services
