The Sales Application Specialist Critical Care BeLux combines clinical application expertise with account ownership to ensure Critical Care solutions are effectively adopted and deliver patient and customer value.

Requirements

• Critical Care Nursing background
• Strong professional foundation in clinical applications
• Hands-on understanding of critical patient care environments and clinical workflows
• Experience or knowledge of ECMO is highly preferred
• Commercial or sales experience within medical devices, healthcare solutions, or complex B2B environments is considered a strong advantage
• Fluency in Dutch and French
• Strong communication and customer focus skills
• Accountability, integrity, and consistent alignment with organizational values and ethical standards
• Proactive and resilient decision-maker with strong business and financial acumen
• Market insight to drive sound commercial judgments and perform effectively under pressure
