Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to help support our internal services team. The role will report to Finance and involve processing vendor payables, reviewing and approving expense reports, and issuing 1099's among other duties.

Requirements

• 2 years accounts payable experience
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel including use of pivot tables and Vlook-ups
• Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment required
