Job Description
FRSH is a premiere experienced voice interaction design and development studio. We are looking for a bright and capable Human Resource Intern to assist in the recruiting of new applicants and provide administrative and analytical support to accomplish the Recruiting team's goals.
Requirements
- Screening resumes and selecting applicants for different roles in every department
- Communicating with potential hires and scheduling interviews
- Onboarding new hires and communicating appropriate processes
- Preparing reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities
- Sourcing talents in the market through a variety of channels
- Contributing to University outreach and Social Media programs
- Updating essential documents at FRSH given to all employees
