Senior Payments Program Manager

Fresha is seeking a Senior Payments Program Manager to own the operationalisation of our payments strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in payments, fintech, or POS/terminal environments, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in payments, fintech, or POS/terminal environments
• Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
• Experience working closely with commercial / go-to-market teams
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems
• Proven executor who consistently follows through and delivers across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong stakeholder operator, able to align product, commercial, and operations teams
