Staff Backend Engineer (B2B - Warsaw)

Fresha is a leading marketplace platform transforming the beauty and wellness industry globally. They are seeking an exceptional Staff Backend Engineer to join their cross-functional product team in Warsaw. This is a heavily technical role requiring hands-on coding skills and leadership abilities to own and deliver technical initiatives, improve stability, performance, and scalability, and ensure timely delivery of projects with a tangible impact on Fresha's success.

Requirements

• Delivery - You have consistently delivered large systems involving one or more teams’ contributions on time at a high level of quality
