Requirements

• 1–2 years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing capability and confidence building candidate pipelines across different functions
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling across global teams
• Familiarity with ATS platforms
