We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled assistants to provide excellent secretarial and administrative support to partners and associates. The role involves managing inboxes and calendars, organizing meetings and business trips, and handling legal documents.

Requirements

• HBO/WO work and thinking level
• Secretarial or relevant education
• Previous experience as an assistant or secretary (advantageous)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package
• Proficient in Dutch and English (orally and in writing)
• Available 4 or 5 days a week
