Requirements
- Completed training in the field of gastronomy or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as Sous Chef or in a similar position
- Sound knowledge of kitchen organization and management
- Experience in creating menus and meal plans
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility and stress resistance
- Creativity and innovation in developing new dishes
- Willingness to further develop and adapt to new trends in the gastronomy industry
