Product Marketing Manager

Freshpaint is a privacy-first data platform that helps healthcare organizations use modern marketing and analytics tools without exposing protected health information (PHI). We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a set of products and verticals, ensuring our positioning resonates, our launches drive pipeline, and our Sales and CS teams are set up to win.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
• Proven track record of crafting positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates a product and resonates with target buyers
• Experience leading product launches that drive measurable business impact, including pipeline and adoption
• Demonstrated success building sales enablement that improves win rates, deal velocity, or ACV
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment
• High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Analytical and outcome-oriented, with a focus on measuring impact and iterating based on results
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a reputation as a trusted, go-to partner for PMs, sellers, and marketers.
