Account Manager - Mid Market

Account Manager - Mid Market responsible for building deep customer relationships, driving incremental business in existing Freshworks customers, and delivering value through a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, good communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt in any situation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles with track record of success in an aligned territory
• Strategic mindset, Curiosity, collaboration adaptability: you’re open to learning and comfortable navigating change
• Consultative approach: experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long-term value creation
• Strong communicator: you are a relationship builder, with great presentation skills. You listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and connect product capabilities to business needs
• Domain knowledge: exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus
