Job Description
The Senior Director, Corporate Strategy role is a senior leader within Freshworks' global Strategy organization, responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape the company's long-term direction while ensuring strategic priorities translate into real business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience across management consulting, corporate strategy, or senior operating roles
- Proven ability to influence and advise C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate data into decisions
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing strategy or consulting teams
- SaaS or technology industry experience strongly preferred
