Director Process Technologies – Dosing (f/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced technical leader to drive global process development in Dosing Technologies, fostering innovation, and operational excellence at Freudenberg Group.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Process Engineering or comparable
• Strong hands-on experience in Dosing Technologies with a track record in leading international projects
• Practical experience in operations for filter components or comparable manufacturing environments
• Strong technical and project management expertise, experience preparing requirement specifications, and affinity for digitalization and AI
• Hands-on, results-oriented, motivating leadership style with a creative mind, deep knowledge and awareness für quality and HSE requirements, and a passion for improvement and innovation
• Excellent intercultural communication skills for working in international, interdisciplinary teams, and willingness to travel or work abroad
