Global Manager Information Security & Data Protection (f/m/d)

Freudenberg Filtration Technologies seeks a Global Manager Information Security & Data Protection to lead their global Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Data Protection Management System (DPMS). The role is strategic and high-impact, requiring the candidate to shape and govern global standards for Information Security and Data Protection, ensure compliance, and strengthen their security and data protection landscape across regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT Security, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive professional experience in Information Security and/or Data Protection within an international context
• Proven experience with international security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 and/or TISAX
• Strong working knowledge of data protection regulations, specifically GDPR
• Excellent analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills
• Solid project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple global topics in parallel
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and communicating complex topics clearly and effectively
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
