Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly) to join our team at Freudenberg. The successful candidate will lead problem-solving and troubleshooting activities, provide mentoring and support, and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Polymer, Science, Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering, or 5+ years’ experience in a Process Assembly Technician role in a medical device environment
- Relevant experience should include cleanroom manufacture, validations, process controls, process improvements and lean manufacturing
- Lean Systems Green Belt (LSGB) certification is desirable
- Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) certification is also desirable
