Materials Engineer

Provides technical support to the site, participates in projects related to materials and process development, and fosters relationships with customers and vendors. Analyzes and interprets physical and electrochemical test and measurement data. Qualifications: Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. 2–5+ years of technical industry experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 2–5+ years of technical industry experience, ideally in thermoplastics, compounding, polymer processing, or materials development.
• Working knowledge of thermoplastic processing methods (e.g., extrusion, injection molding, compounding).
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into material specifications and development plans.
• Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and customer‐facing support.
