Product Development Engineer

Product Development Engineer to develop and optimize raw materials, processes, and products to support business objectives, lead and execute projects, partner with commercial teams and customers, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Textile Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, product development, or a similar technical role
• Proven project management experience (5+ years), with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through commercialization
• Experience working with textiles, nonwovens, polymers, or spunbond technologies strongly preferred
• Background in a manufacturing environment with an understanding of production processes and scale-up
• Familiarity with stage-gate or structured product development processes preferred
• Self-motivated professional with a strong desire for growth and long-term career development
