Job Description
Lead and manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning cycle, facilitate alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Service, and support demand forecasting, supply planning, and scenario modeling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Five to eight years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning, supply chain, demand planning, or operations planning.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience using enterprise resource planning systems (such as SAP) and analytics tools (such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI)
