Requirements

• University degree in engineering (or comparable)
• Several years of pertinent expertise in Automation and/or Packaging technologies
• Proven track record of project leadership and management of international projects
• Practical experience in an Operations environment of filter components (or comparable)
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, Lean and structured approach, and project management skills
• Affinity/experience in the field of robotics, programming, Industry 4.0, and AI (preferable)
