Service Professional - Business Process Automation (F/M/D)

We are looking for a Service Professional - Business Process Automation to analyze and understand business processes, design and develop automated workflows, and integrate third-party services to enhance automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in application development and business process automation.

Requirements

• Analyzing and understanding business processes to identify opportunities for automation
• Designing and developing automated workflows using Power Automate
• Developing custom connectors and integrating third-party services
• Designing, developing, and deploying custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps
• Integrating Power Apps with other Microsoft services
• Designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agents using Copilot Studio
• Integrating Copilot agents with Power Platform and other enterprise systems
• Incorporating AI and machine learning models into Power Platform solutions
• Developing and implementing AI-driven features
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Providing training and support to end-users
