Lead and manage a team of production workers during the assigned shift, ensuring optimal performance and productivity. Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
