Specialist Accounting (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Specialist Accounting to join our team in Pinerolo, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, 2-3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable roles, and strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable roles
• Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles; familiarity with IFRS and GAAP
• Tax & International Exposure: Knowledge of Italian tax rules and basic understanding of foreign/EU tax regulations
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge preferred
• Languages: Fluent in Italian and excellent proficiency in English; Spanish or French is an advantage
• Personal Attributes: Proactive mindset, strong problem‐solving attitude, team‐oriented approach, flexibility, and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 10%)
